The new looking housing at the bottom of the hill (in the trees) is part of the Waterfront dockland re-development at the docks. Also visible are various industrial buildings, the goalposts above the Gladstone Road Bridge, and the Memorial Hall. Watchtower Bay Watchtower Bay is a huge expanse of golden sand situated between the Knap and Barry Island. Friar's Point House has recently been sold (2001), but remains in poor repair. 01/05/2000
