Aerial Photos - The Knap

UK street maps are available from an independent supplier, and can be displayed (from their site) by you supplying the address or postcode. It's pretty good - try it and see.

Click any of the links left to go to this site, and then follow the instructions on their screen.

Note that the aerial photos require javascript enabled.

Got Google Earth?Got Google Earth? For the uninitiated, Google Earth is a wonderful toy that can be downloaded for FREE from the Google site. It allows you to examine satellite and aerial photographs of anywhere in the world. Coverage varies, but Barry is on hi-res aerial photography that will allow you to pinpoint your car outside your house!

Mapping is a couple of years old, but the coverage and scope is absolutely amazing!

It's only available for Windows 2000, XP and Mac OS X and needs a fairly powerful computer and a high speed internet connection. You can read more about it at the Google Earth website.

If you have Google Earth installed on your computer, then you can download our placemarks file, which apart from pinpointing selected landmarks and areas, also links to relevant photographs available on the site.

Try it - I can recommend it!
